Presence is a skill.
You can train it.
Offline Presence is an ecosystem of philosophy, practical workshops, and desk tools to help individuals and teams to structure their day around their energy levels and stay present.
Feeling like your days are empty or passing you by?
Maybe you’re not lacking time—it’s your attention that’s elsewhere.Modern work keeps us constantly distracted. Meetings, messages, tasks, and noise pull us away from the moment, until even a full day can feel strangely absent.Offline Presence helps you slow down, notice where your attention and energy are going, and reconnect with what is already here—so you can work, rest, and live with more clarity, depth, and joy.Because life was never empty. We were often just too distracted to see it.

Start your week better
Mondays 20'
Twenty minutes every Monday at 9AM to make the whole week yours.Designed to help professionals and teams begin the week with clarity, focused energy, and confidence, Mondays 20' is a structured weekly session. Through practical exercises involving the body, voice, energy, and attention, participants learn to manage stress, enhance focus, and improve communication skills. This is not theory. It is a direct, practical method to support presence in real work environments. It also supports you regularly. Every week, on Substack.
Stop running your day on autopilot
Workshops
Most of us move from meeting to message to task without asking what we actually need in that moment. We follow the calendar, even when our attention and energy are somewhere else.In this practical workshop, you’ll learn to notice your energy in real time and consciously structure your workday around it—when to focus, when to move, when to pause, and when to let go. Not as another productivity system, but as a skill you can use every day to become your own creative leader. For individuals and teams who want to work with more clarity, intention, and energy.

Tools for a better—and more focused—life
Practice presence every day
To do that we created two simple tools to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and bring more intention into the moments that often pass unnoticed. The Return Journal and Presence Cube turn presence into a small daily ritual—one you can return to whenever life starts moving too fast.
Return to your true self
The Return Journal
Journaling means a lot to us. It's a way to clear your mind, meditate, and express your creativity. In this journal, we invite you to return to yourself.Through our training system, you will learn to understand your needs and energy. We will also work with six symbols, like the Presence Cube. You can also work with these tools separately. It's a ritual and an invitation to slow down and reconnect with your authentic self.Available soon.Leave us an email and try it for free!
Your personal presence ritual
Presence Cube
The present moment is closely connected to our bodies. We drew inspiration for this cube from Renaissance art and Michelangelo, who spent three years selecting the finest blocks of marble for his David in Carrara. So, together with local Italian craftsmen, we have created a marble cube of presence for your desktop. The cube features six symbols which, according to our training method, will help you set the tone for your day with a presence mindset.Available soon.
